As Sidney Crosby has done so many times this season, he willed his team back into the fight.
Despite the Canucks building a 3-1 lead by the first period’s conclusion, the Penguins squeaked out a point in a 4-3 overtime loss Thursday night at PPG Paints Arena. Crosby, who also scored midway through the second, tipped in an Erik Karlsson shot from the point with 28 seconds to go in regulation to force overtime.
