Until now, e-bike batteries have been problematic – and dangerous – and, with no enforced standards, there have simply been too many issues with them catching on fire. Many campuses and apartment building managers are realizing that storing e-bikes inside is just not safe. An e-bike battery fire not only produces a large amount of smoke & heat it’s almost impossible to extinguish with water or a home fire extinguisher. Obviously, these fires can lead to life threatening situations as we have already seen across North America.
The solution is to store e-bike batteries in a safe, fireproof locker, where they can also be charged at the same time.

The Micro-Mobility Charging Locker is a secure and durable solution that can be easily installed inside or outside of any building. It is equipped with multiple charging bays, each of which can accommodate different types of batteries. Each bay can be locked by the user. While predominantly used for e-bike batteries, it can also be used to safely charge power tools and cellular devices, too.
Made of high-grade stainless steel (S304), the lockers are secured using high-quality digital locks. The basic module (LMS4) consists of 4 individually lockable compartments that can be floor or wall mounted. Each compartment is equipped with a (120V) socket specifically geared to accommodate the most common e-bike batteries and chargers.
