The Baldwin High School boys basketball team almost let a 13-point halftime lead slip away in a 74-63 overtime victory against Allderdice at the Peter Sauer Memorial Tournament, which began Thursday at Shady Side Academy. The Highlanders (6-2), ranked No. 5 in WPIAL Class 6A, led 37-24 at halftime. The Dragons (5-2), ranked No. 1 in the City League, outscored Baldwin, 31-18, in the second half, thus sending the game into overtime.
