High school baseball notebook: Rainouts taking toll on pitching staffs

All of the rain lately has made for one of the wettest Aprils ever in the Pittsburgh area, according to the National Weather Service. The poor weather also is putting a strain on many high school baseball pitching staffs, according to coaches.
